Jared went above and beyond! WeatherTight Exteriors reroofed our house after a hail storm several years ago. We noticed some broken shingles on the ground the other day so called Jared. He came out the same day and assessed the damage (darn raccoons!). And the next working day he came out and made the repairs – no charge!!! Now that’s customer focus! Thanks so much Jared!
